Day 11 - Lunch
I think this is my favorite smoothie recipe thus far. Yum yum yum. I found a lone black cherry Chobani yogurt in the fridge that was just begging to be a part of the fun today. I put that in there, frozen blueberries, strawberries, a banana, and coconut milk. It was pretty thick so I had to add a little more coconut milk to get it more of a smoothie texture, however, this would have been AMAAAZING as an icecream/dessert without the extra added milk.
I captured Cavin’s reaction as I told him there was a secret ingredient in the smoothie (the yogurt). It was pretty fantastic.

calories in the banana: 100
calories in the blueberries: 83
calories in the strawberries: 52
calories in the coconut milk: 70
total calories: 435
BUT we split the amount so total for each serving was 217.5 each.
